Jorge Más Santos Meets with Officials in Argentina

Jorge Más Santos, the main shareholder of the Inter Miami club, has scheduled meetings this Thursday with national government officials to strengthen ties and learn about new and potential investments in Argentina, both in the football sector and other areas. The entrepreneur, who owns a fortune of 2 billion dollars along with his brother, is the owner of Mas Tec, a multinational company dedicated to the construction of energy and communications infrastructure, and also has interests in oil businesses.

During today's meetings, Más Santos will meet with the Minister of Deregulation, Federico Sturzenegger, Deputy Juliana Santillán, Secretary of Sports Daniel Scioli, and representatives from Foster Gillette, who recently closed a deal with the Estudiantes de la Plata club.

Jorge Más Santos, one of the most prominent Cuban-American entrepreneurs in the United States, ventured into the world of sports in 2018 by joining the ownership group of Inter Miami, where among the shareholders is former British footballer David Beckham. In 2021, Jorge and his brother José Más purchased the team that was previously mostly owned by the telecommunications company Sprint, and since then, Jorge has taken on the role of CEO of the team.
